Cloud Software Engineer (Observability)

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate distributed systems powering observability across hirify.global Cloud
• Own reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency of telemetry pipeline and storage systems
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
• Develop tooling and automation to reduce repetitive operational work
• Identify bottlenecks and scaling challenges to shape the observability roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve their observability posture and mentor teammates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and running production systems at scale
• Proficiency in Golang
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Comfortable working with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability tools
• Experience with hirify.global preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote, async-friendly team
