Salary: $107,000–216,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement highly optimized, low-latency software for automated trading and analytical platforms.
• Enhance and maintain the DeFi trading platform ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to develop custom software solutions for digital asset trading strategies.
• Provide ongoing support for trading systems and research platforms.
• Participate in engineering practices including code reviews, design reviews, and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor engineers on software development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with Rust and Python
• Experience building reliable software for unreliable environments.
• Experience with unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hybrid work format with bi-weekly in-office attendance in the US

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with asynchronous workers and resilient messaging services.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with L1 & L2 blockchains such as Ethereum.
• Understanding of microservice architecture.
