Salary: $107,000–216,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and implement highly optimized, low-latency software for automated trading and analytical platforms.
- Enhance and maintain the DeFi trading platform ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to develop custom software solutions for digital asset trading strategies.
- Provide ongoing support for trading systems and research platforms.
- Participate in engineering practices including code reviews, design reviews, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor engineers on software development best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with Rust and Python
- Experience building reliable software for unreliable environments.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hybrid work format with bi-weekly in-office attendance in the US
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience with asynchronous workers and resilient messaging services.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with L1 & L2 blockchains such as Ethereum.
- Understanding of microservice architecture.
