What you will do

• Serve as the main technical voice for 1-5 large retail and CPG clients.

• Align technical strategies around Databricks products.
• Provide structured mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience with large retail and CPG accounts (>$1M ARR).
• 3+ years in pre-sales or sales support roles.
• Strong technical background in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP, or full lifecycle data science solutions.
• Production programming skills in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Ability to drive data-driven business transformation and change management.
