What you will do

• Guide the product roadmap using a hands-on, "keyboard-first" approach to product management.
• Collaborate across the Product team to build consensus on shared experiences and services across the portfolio.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform the development of AI-native products.
• Partner with engineering teams to create transformative AI experiences for IT and Security practitioners.
• Analyze large volumes of product and user data to generate evidence-based strategic plans.
• Align with field teams and customers to maximize the value and adoption of hirify.global's products.

Requirements

• Experience bringing AI-backed or AI-native products to market.
• Proficiency with data tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift for telemetry analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager role or similar.
• Proven track record of building and launching products with major cloud providers.
• Background in Enterprise data products and integration of IT/Security tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
