What you will do

• Build strategic relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Manage client project plans and lead client calls.
• Support Benefit Consultants on client accounts.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technical analysis for plan renewals.
• Lead and manage the annual client calendar.
• Coordinate client technology solutions with the EB Systems team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of employee benefits experience.
• 3+ years in a brokerage setting for Emerging Clients.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze data and adopt new technology.
• CA Department of Insurance Life License required.
