What you will do

• Produce and compile risk metrics and management reports across business areas
• Engage frequently with all Transaction Banking departments and senior stakeholders
• Contribute to operational risk governance programs and practices
• Prepare documentation of key processes and procedures for internal and external audiences
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborate with business units and risk defense partners (2LOD and 3LOD)

Requirements

• Location: United States
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in risk management, compliance, or governance
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with MS Office 365 and SharePoint
• Detail-oriented with ability to escalate issues appropriately

Nice to have

• Experience in Transaction Banking, Commercial Banking, or Payments
• Knowledge of operational, business, and IT risk areas within Transaction Banking
• Experience evaluating Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
