What you will do

• Conduct follow-up calls
• Handle operational conflicts and issues
• Engage top performers to identify best practices
• Coordinate scheduling with photographers
• Manage photographer performance
• Address rule compliance issues

Requirements

• Native Spanish and excellent English (C1 level) is a must
• Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets
• Ability to organize tasks and drive execution autonomously
• Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks
• Personal laptop or computer with stable internet connection

Nice to have

• Experience with Hubspot
