What you will do

• Conduct follow-up calls and coordinate scheduling for photoshoots.
• Handle operational conflicts and issues, investigating and resolving conflicting situations.
• Engage top performers to identify and replicate best practices within the community.
• Manage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up.
• Address rule compliance issues, escalating cases when necessary.

Requirements

• Native Spanish and English C1 level communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills.
• Experience within the food tech industry.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivot tables).
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
