What you will do
- Design and refine presentation decks, social graphics, and digital assets.
- Explore and apply Generative AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Ensure AI-assisted design outputs align with brand guidelines.
- Guide creative direction across multiple projects.
- Foster a psychologically safe, inclusive environment.
- Coach and inspire designers.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a designer or creative.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence.
- Advanced skills in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in using AI tools in creative workflows.
