What you will do
- Participate in the creative development of assets across digital and physical channels.
- Partner with Marketing, Brand, Content, Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to align visual storytelling.
- Help to evolve and maintain visual identity system.
- Support briefing and directing external creative agencies, ensuring external partners deliver work that integrates seamlessly with in-house standards.
- Champion an AI-first design mindset, exploring and implementing generative image and video tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in graphic/brand design (in-house, high-growth tech a plus).
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft across brand, campaign, and digital.
- Proficiency in design systems (typography, color, layout, iconography, grids, graphic devices).
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC suite
- Excellent communication skills: clear feedback, compelling presentations, and strong stakeholder alignment.
- Fluent in English (native or bilingual proficiency)
Nice to have
- Experience with storyboarding and motion is a plus
- Experience working with hybrid design teams (in-house + freelance) and directing agencies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for image and video generation.
