What you will do
- Create advanced digital and print marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Own the end-to-end creative process from concept to production for various marketing assets.
- Develop materials, guidance, and templates to elevate design quality and enable self-service for cross-functional partners.
- Manage the project pipeline, ensuring high quality and output of design work.
- Execute high-quality design throughout all phases, including sketching, refining prototypes, and final production.
- Lead creative brainstorms and critiques to find optimal solutions for engaging audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a creative environment, ideally with global business or technology companies.
- Strong background with metrics-driven creative design (performance marketing, paid social, digital banners, direct response).
- Online portfolio demonstrating a solutions-based approach to innovative design, including digital, event, print, and branding executions.
- Strong command of Figma and digital design systems, with experience in print and associated tools.
- Advanced knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, frame.io).
- Excellent communication skills for conceptual storytelling and defending creative choices to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Proven experience producing both static and animated digital assets.
- Understanding of web graphics limitations and possibilities (image optimization, font use, user interaction).
- Familiarity with UX constraints and basic awareness of CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and front-end development.
