Salary: $132,800.00 – $199,200.00 USD

What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for defibrillation solutions, leads, and delivery systems.
- Collaborate closely with the US CRM field to drive focus and execution, providing tools, training, and support.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing plans and product positioning.
- Develop and maintain compelling marketing materials, including brochures, sell sheets, presentations, and digital content.
- Partner cross-functionally with legal, regulatory, clinical, R&D, and sales to drive alignment and execution of marketing programs.
- Act as an internal and external champion for the portfolio, engaging with key customers and KOLs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in marketing, sales, or sales support/operations (5+ years with a Master's Degree).
- Must be able to work onsite a minimum of 4 days/week in Mounds View, Minnesota, USA.
- Ability to travel 30%.
- Strong analytical and results-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- English: B2 required.
