What you will do

• Create and iterate engaging product experiences that drive meaningful behavior change and boost retention.
• Work end to end from problem framing to polished execution and in-product experiments.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Science teams to bring breakthrough concepts to life.
• Leverage AI and gamification principles to craft motivating user journeys.
• Prototype rapidly, test often, and refine concepts based on insights.
• Contribute to evolving design practices and maintain high quality and coherence in the design system.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in world-class B2C product design.
• Proficient in modern mobile product design with a focus on AI integration and gamification.
• Strong skills in UX research and data analytics to inform design decisions.
• Data-driven mindset with passion for rapid experimentation and iterative improvement.
• Ability to generate, defend, and present original design hypotheses confidently.
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posting language is English).
