What you will do

• Define and execute UX and design strategy in collaboration with the Chief Product Officer
• Lead and scale a high-performing UX team including designers, researchers, and writers
• Build UX processes and structures aligned with business goals and cross-functional collaboration
• Advocate for customers through research-driven and data-informed design decisions
• Champion and evolve design principles and oversee a comprehensive design system
• Inspire a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Must have at least 12 years of UX design experience with 7+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience leading large UX teams (25+ members) in fast-paced digital B2C environments
• Background in fintech or crypto, preferably with trading or investing product experience
• Strong systems thinking and strategic mindset connecting design with product and business outcomes
• Deep empathy for users and ability to leverage UX research for product decisions
• Excellent communication skills to influence across organizational levels
