What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end growth engine, including acquisition strategy and performance management to drive scalable growth.
  • Develop lifecycle and commercial strategies covering activation, engagement, and retention to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Define and execute a value-adding partnership strategy and commercial ecosystem to unlock new growth channels.
  • Manage six cross-functional teams across Value Proposition, Growth, Partnerships, Design, and Data.
  • Establish a high-performance experimentation culture with continuous A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
  • Embed AI-driven growth capabilities for personalization, content optimization, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience scaling consumer or fintech digital products with P&L ownership and budgets exceeding 20M.
  • Proven track record in full-funnel optimization, specifically focusing on CAC, LTV, and retention.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in experiment-led optimization and A/B testing.
  • Experience building and leading large cross-functional teams across multiple functions.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Growth, Digital Marketing, Financial Economics, or Data Science.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Utrecht, Netherlands.
