What you will do

• Propose and assess potential breakthrough technology-enabled projects using critical thinking, research, and prototyping.
• Collaborate with technical and business ehirify.globalperts to develop and progressively de-risk moonshot ideas.
• Develop and refine the moonshot story and pitch as the project advances.
• Leverage Alphabet’s ehirify.globaltensive network, state-of-the-art laboratories, and proprietary tools to create new ventures.
• Build and lead A+ teams by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent across various functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of ehirify.globalperience as a leader or entrepreneur within a technical industry.
• Proven track record of taking deep tech from idea inception to successful product launch in a startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to establish ehirify.globalternal partnerships around early-stage technology.
• Ehirify.globalperience in recruiting and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Mountain View, CA headquarters.
