What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain tools using Laravel and Laravel Nova to improve customer support efficiency.
• Develop and manage automated workflows within customer support platforms like Intercom.
• Create and update technical documentation and help articles for customers and support staff.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback.

Requirements
