What you will do

• Communicate regularly with clients to gather and clarify business requests
• Transform business requests into consistent and detailed requirements specifications
• Manage product backlog including prioritization, traceability, and validation
• Facilitate refinements to ensure timely service execution and high-quality software delivery
• Prepare documentation such as user stories and functional/non-functional requirements

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Ukraine
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst with deep understanding of SDLC
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills
• Experience in requirements analysis, decomposition, and documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships

Nice to have

• Experience with API, C#/.NET, and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge and experience in the energy industry
