What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business users and development teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and detailed project documentation.
• Support the analysis and continuous improvement of business processes.
• Participate in workshops, testing activities, and solution validation.
• Contribute to corrective and evolutive maintenance, including impact analysis and bug investigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in an IT role.
• Understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Basic technical knowledge of databases, APIs, data flows, or SQL.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Must be based in Luxembourg to accommodate hybrid work requirements.
