What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of technology and private equity projects from initiation to closure within budget and schedule.
• Lead growth of existing portfolio and discover new business opportunities through deep customer understanding.
• Support sales team in preparing offers and proposals to expand business.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and manage escalations effectively.
• Work with distributed teams and customers globally, adapting to cultural differences.
• Lead, motivate, hire, and develop engineers and managers to build high-performing teams.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of software development experience.
• At least 10 years of project management and 5 years of program management experience.
• Experience managing large teams (100+ engineers) and complex programs.
• Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and crisis management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Fluent English required.
