Location: Hybrid requiring 2-3 days a week in client or hirify.global office in Vilnius, Lithuania

What you will do

• Lead delivery execution across client engagements, meeting commitments on scope, quality, timelines, outcomes, and budgets
• Provide leadership, guidance, and governance to team leads and senior technical leaders
• Align delivery with the established operating model and maintain complete, accurate documentation
• Proactively anticipate, mitigate, and resolve delivery risks and issues
• Develop engineering leadership capabilities and contribute to account growth via collaboration with account teams

Requirements

• Fluent English and Lithuanian
• Strong IT experience with proven delivery leadership across complex client engagements
• Experience leading delivery through engineering managers and senior technical leaders
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution within structured operating models
• Strong risk management, communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and modern delivery practices
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline
