What you will do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of custom hirify.global solutions for defense and intelligence missions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to co-develop platform features and AI/ML integrations.
• Build and implement AI/LLM-based intelligent agents and automated workflows using the Agentforce platform.
• Manage the entire data lifecycle including modeling, processing, and integration for advanced AI applications.
• Conduct deep technical debugging, root cause analysis, and rapid prototyping to optimize system performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering best practices for scalable, secure solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen living on U.S. soil without dual citizenship and eligible for U.S. security clearance
• 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering scalable production solutions with strong programming skills (JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex).
• Extensive experience with AI/LLM technologies, data platforms (hirify.global Data Cloud, Snowflake), and hirify.global platform development.
• Proven leadership in technical engagements and mentoring in secure or regulated environments.
• Ability to travel 25-50% to customer sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Federal Civilian agencies.
• Background in defense/aerospace or military logistics operations.
• Familiarity with IL5/IL6 security requirements and classified environment deployments.
• Advanced hirify.global certifications and expertise in hirify.global Flows and Lightning Web Components.
