What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered customer support solutions including chatbots and agent assist tools.
• Develop and maintain RAG systems using internal knowledge bases and documentation.
• Automate ticket triage, classification, routing, and response generation workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities into support platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Analyze support data to identify automation opportunities and optimize AI system performance.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to monitor response quality, resolution rates, and deflection.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, specifically LLMs and API-based integrations.
• Strong background in backend services and third-party platform integration.
• Familiarity with customer support systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk.
• Solid understanding of data handling, APIs, and system design principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building conversational AI or chatbot systems in production.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation techniques.
