TL;DR

Forward Deployed Engineer (AI): Lead design, development, and deployment of complex AI and LLM-based intelligent agents using the Agentforce platform, delivering bespoke AI solutions to strategic clients. What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI solutions including coding, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable AI and LLM-based intelligent agents on the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate directly with customers to build custom intelligent agents tailored to unique business needs.
• Manage data lifecycle including modeling, processing pipelines, and integration for AI applications.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges throughout solution delivery phases.
• Drive innovation on the Agentforce platform and influence product strategy through customer insights.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering scalable production AI solutions
• Strong computer science or related engineering background
• Expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex
• Experience with AI/LLM technologies including LangChain, LlamaIndex, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, integration, and enterprise data platforms like hirify.global Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery
• Proven leadership in technical engagements and mentoring junior team members
• Ability to travel 25-50% to customer sites as needed
