Salary: $300,000 - $405,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Build security for large-scale AI clusters including IAM, network segmentation, and encryption controls
• Design secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps
• Apply threat modeling and risk assessment to complex cloud environments
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring and team growth
• Lead cross-functional security initiatives and collaborate with research and product teams

Requirements

• Must have 5-15+ years of software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong skills in Python or systems languages (Go, Rust, C/C++)
• Experience with cloud automation, DevOps, Kubernetes security, and container orchestration
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Hybrid work with minimum 25% onsite presence in San Francisco
• Visa sponsorship available but not guaranteed for all candidates

Nice to have

• Experience designing hardened CI/CD pipelines against supply chain attacks
• Building secure development workflows and hardened remote environments
• Implementing network segmentation and automated policy enforcement
