What you will do

• Manage and monitor global voice and video collaboration infrastructure.
• Configure and support Cisco UC and Collaboration Product Suite in multi-cluster environments.
• Implement and maintain SIP, Session Border Controllers, and PSTN SIP trunking.
• Develop API automations using Python and PowerShell for UC products.
• Integrate cloud-based conferencing technologies with on-premise infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Networking teams for capacity planning and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Cisco UC and Collaboration products.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, voice recording, and messaging archiving platforms.
• Experience with virtualization of Cisco UC applications on enterprise-grade servers.
• Understanding of current security standards and troubleshooting skills.
