What you will do

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of engineers through mentorship and performance reviews.
• Define project goals, scope, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure high quality of deliverables through best practices and code reviews.
• Promote Agile methodologies and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor team progress and remove blockers.
• Create a positive and inclusive working environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong people management skills and experience in project delivery.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English – Upper-Intermediate+).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time and batch data processing frameworks.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms.
• Understanding of data platform architecture in high-load environments.
