What you will do

• Define brand vision and strategic direction to ensure market fit and profitability.
• Lead commercial and business development activities, including marketing, PR, and networking.
• Oversee day-to-day brand operations across player acquisition, retention, and casino management.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting at the group level.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks in a fast-changing landscape.
• Develop and lead teams, fostering a culture of ownership and cross-team alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading iGaming brands in regulated markets is mandatory.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling a business unit with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong ability to define and execute long-term commercial strategy.
• Experience leading small, lean teams with a hands-on approach.
• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in reporting tools and KPIs.
• Solid functional and technical understanding of iGaming products.
