What you will do

• Lead a small analytics team delivering insights to guide marketing targeting, spend, and impact.
• Own full-funnel, cross-platform player analysis using tools like Google Analytics and customer data platforms.
• Improve campaign decision-making by integrating attribution, incrementality, and media mix modelling data.
• Partner with Data Science to build and enhance prediction models such as LTV and churn.
• Manage marketing forecast models to inform budget and performance.
• Develop best practices and transparent reporting to deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Experience leading analytics teams and managing stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools and methodologies
• Experience with statistical analysis and marketing testing optimization
• Ability to collaborate across data science, engineering, and marketing teams
