What you will do
- Configure promotions, bonuses, and marketing offers using CRM tools.
- Oversee quality assurance processes for CRM activities and test campaign functionality through A/B tests.
- Execute tasks from the CRM Plan and track live campaigns for issues or optimization opportunities.
- Assist in planning, analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining CRM cycles.
- Gather performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
- Assist in managing Player Journeys, including bonus setup and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- High motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Strong interest in the casino gaming industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
