What you will do

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and embeddings for enterprise data.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation, hybrid retrieval, and knowledge-grounded modeling.
• Build proof-of-concept GenAI-powered assistants and workflows.
• Run experiments, collect feedback, and iterate rapidly.
• Collaborate with ML, engineering, and product teams to innovate and scale solutions.
• Contribute to team best practices and support prototype transition to production.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in ML systems engineering or backend roles.
• Strong background in LLMs, NLP, search/retrieval, embeddings, or applied ML.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI areas such as RAG pipelines and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• Experience with vector databases and large-scale serving infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, ML, or related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with multimodal models, knowledge graphs, or semantic embeddings.
• Familiarity with GenAI evaluation metrics like NDCG and hallucination detection.
• Open-source GenAI/ML project contributions.
• Interest in technical leadership and mentorship.
