What you will do

• Design and deploy AI-driven applications focusing on Machine Learning and Generative AI use cases.
• Build and integrate LLM-based solutions using LangChain, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Implement data pipelines, model training workflows, and inference services across cloud environments.
• Optimize AI models and systems for performance, cost, and scalability in production.
• Establish best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, versioning, and responsible AI usage.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proven experience using LangChain to orchestrate LLM-based applications.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Advanced English (spoken and written) for effective stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps practices, including model monitoring and automation.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG patterns.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools.
• Previous experience in consultancy or client-facing projects.
• Exposure to AI ethics, privacy, and security best practices.
