What you will do

• Set a product strategy and roadmap, from ideation to launch, to align customer needs and business objectives.
• Build a scalable payment system supporting various types of payments (SEPA, SWIFT networks).
• Analyze and resolve payment funnel issues using data insights and feedback from users and other stakeholders.
• Turn ideas into clear requirements and user stories, managing delivery in Jira/Confluence.
• Support internal teams in all product development stages and track related performance metrics.
• Ensure result delivery with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven skills in product management, including planning and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure business and compliance needs, along with stellar user experience.
• Exceptional EN and LT communication with stakeholders, colleagues, auditors and customers.
