What you will do

• Drive the technology architecture for the Argentina entity.
• Implement the IT and data strategy, including new setup and transformation.
• Shape customer migrations.
• Oversee IT governance, present to the board, and represent IT in key committees.
• Coordinate transformation programmes, migrations, and operational model setup.
• Build a global, reliable, scalable, and resilient tech ecosystem.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Argentina Central Bank regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in a role involving IT architecture in finance.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with IT systems and related technologies.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
• English: C1 required.
