What you will do
- Own and drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Guide clients through technology transformations, including cloud adoption and data analytics initiatives.
- Lead project teams ranging from two to dozens of members, facilitating communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and project scopes while prioritizing delivery and business outcomes.
- Engage in deep technical discussions with engineers and architects to bridge the gap with business leadership.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and long-term client success.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technology-driven roles, including software, data, analytics, or cloud engineering.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated experience engaging in technical discussions with architects and engineers.
- Strong background in stakeholder management and bridging technical and business objectives.
- Track record of leading teams of varying sizes and delivering measurable client impact.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Prior consulting experience or leadership in client-facing environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of AI/ML implementation within digital transformation projects.
