TL;DR

Recruitment Manager (Change and Transformation): Leading and growing a recruitment practice focused on senior Change and Transformation professionals with an accent on client partnership, business development, and team leadership. Location: Hybrid (4 days a week from London office, 1 week per year remote from anywhere)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment professionals to achieve their full potential.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insight and talent strategy advice.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and winning new client accounts through proactive outreach.
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, employment law, and internal standards in all recruitment activities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights to support clients’ evolving needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within recruitment, with a focus on Change and Transformation professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop team members while maintaining personal billing performance.
  • Strong track record in client partnership, business development, and high-quality candidate attraction.
  • Expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with compliance standards.
  • Must be able to work 4 days a week from the London office.

Hiring process
