What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment professionals to achieve their full potential.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insight and talent strategy advice.
- Drive business growth by identifying and winning new client accounts through proactive outreach.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, employment law, and internal standards in all recruitment activities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights to support clients’ evolving needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within recruitment, with a focus on Change and Transformation professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop team members while maintaining personal billing performance.
- Strong track record in client partnership, business development, and high-quality candidate attraction.
- Expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with compliance standards.
- Must be able to work 4 days a week from the London office.
