• Continuously improve and optimize existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Leading teams for 2+ years as both a Leader and a Manager.
• 3+ years of experience with Scala.
• 5+ years of experience with Java.
• Strong knowledge of Scala and its ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and functional programming principles.
• Proficiency in database technologies and hands-on experience with Kafka.
