What you will do
- Identify and engage new business opportunities among SMEs and large enterprises.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new business partners and potential clients.
- Analyze client businesses for successful onboarding.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams for smooth account openings.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within the banking or payments sector.
- In-depth understanding of corporate structures and documentation in relevant jurisdictions.
- Strong knowledge of KYC/KYB and AML procedures.
- Established connections within the SME and startup ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
