What you will do

• Lead strategic exercises such as review of a potential new product or market.
• Proactively identify long-term opportunities and strategic “big bets” for the company.
• Support the development and sign-off of the company’s annual business plan.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, dashboards and other reports to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across functions to align the organization’s goals and priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, a strategic planning department, a “Special Projects” team, a senior product manager position or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in leading business strategy initiatives, ideally in financial services or a forex organization.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and drive results in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to find solutions and workarounds in business problems.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• BA/BSc or MSc in Economics, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
