What you will do

• Define and execute the worldwide vKS vision and operating model.
• Represent hirify.global with enterprise CIOs/CTOs and influence technology roadmaps.
• Partner with account executives to position VCF as the enterprise application platform of choice.
• Design and validate solutions across application, infrastructure, and DevSecOps domains.
• Provide senior-level guidance on Kubernetes and cloud-native adoption.
• Build, scale, and inspire a global team of application engineers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership in enterprise solution architecture.
• Proven ability to run a high-visibility global program.
• Ability to influence senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong track record in scaling adoption of Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of application and infrastructure landscapes within regulated enterprises.
• Experience with monoliths, microservices, APIs, and event-driven designs.
