What you will do

• Define and evangelize the long-term vision and product strategy for the next gen hirify.global Data Services Platform, aligning it with hirify.global's broader strategic goals.
• Translate high-level visions into product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and epics in Jira for Platform feature development.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, making data-driven decisions on feature priorities, balancing customer needs, market trends, and technical debt.
• Conduct continuous market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities and serve as the primary conduit for customer feedback.
• Direct the development of features for elasticity, cost optimization, and automated resource management across the hybrid cloud.
• Drive successful product launches by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Documentation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with significant hands-on experience in distributed data platform or cloud-native data services.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes ecosystem and hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Proven ability to write precise technical specifications (PRDs), build use cases/user stories, analyze customer patterns, and simplify complex technical solutions and manage product backlogs effectively.
• Experience managing products deployed across both Public Cloud and on-premises Private Cloud.

Nice to have

• MBA degree and prior experience in a senior product manager (IC) role.
