Focus on ensuring scalable, efficient, and customer-oriented implementation in close cooperation with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams, and actively driving automation to scale the business.
Location: Must be resident in Switzerland and work from one of 's Swiss offices (Zurich, Crissier, Lausanne, Bern) or from a home office within Switzerland.

What you will do
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the Microsoft CSP portfolio.
- Drive the further development and growth of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider portfolio.
- Analyze customer and market needs, define clear value propositions, and support sales with in-depth CSP expertise.
- Ensure scalable, efficient, and customer-oriented implementation in close cooperation with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams.
- Actively drive automation to scale the business.
- Have a direct impact on customer value, growth, and profitability.
Requirements
- In-depth expertise in Microsoft CSP, cloud licensing, and the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Very good understanding of Microsoft license models, technical service architectures, and business models.
- Experience with CSP in an SME setting.
- Several years of experience in product management of cloud and IT services.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking with a high level of personal responsibility.
- Very strong stakeholder and communication skills, combined with confident negotiation skills.
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working in a dynamic environment.
- Resident in Switzerland.
- Excellent command of English and very good German or French.
