Location: Work from one of our Swiss offices or from your home office. Resident in Switzerland.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end responsibility for the Microsoft CSP portfolio.
• Drive the development and growth of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider portfolio.
• Analyze customer and market needs and define clear value propositions.
• Support sales with in-depth CSP expertise.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams for scalable and customer-oriented implementation.
• Actively drive automation to scale the business.

Requirements

• In-depth expertise in Microsoft CSP, cloud licensing, and the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
• Several years of experience in product management of cloud and IT services.
• Very good understanding of Microsoft license models, technical service architectures, and business models.
• Experience in business case development, pricing, portfolio, and financial management.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and high personal responsibility.
• Very strong stakeholder and communication skills with negotiation ability.
• Resident in Switzerland.
• Excellent command of English and very good German or French.
