Salary: $175,000 to $220,000 USD + commission

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, motivating them to exceed targets and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and ensuring the team focuses on closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to measure progress and optimize sales performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in achieving company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven success in building and managing high-performing sales teams, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes, tools, and metrics, and experience in energy and utility markets.
  • Ability to travel as required.
