What you will do

• Source, identify, and evaluate attractive investment themes and opportunities.
• Build relationships with management teams, senior advisors, and external industry experts.
• Perform due diligence.
• Finance and close investments.
• Develop, monitor, and implement value creation strategies at existing portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus.
• Excellent academic and professional record.
• Between 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity / VC, management consulting or a relevant operating role in enterprise software.
• Passionate about investing and wants to build a long-term career at hirify.global.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
