What you will do

• Manage a team of 4-6 Education Engineers and Technical Writers.
• Support product launches with clear and useful documentation.
• Build systems to help the education team work efficiently.
• Review and test content, suggesting technical and linguistic improvements.
• Help set team goals and produce quarterly content roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Web Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Managed engineers or other people in technical roles for at least two years.
• Built, deployed, or maintained cloud applications, or held a DevOps role.
• Built public, step-by-step, command-line tutorials, demos, or other online content.
• Structured content for navigability and user needs.
• Reviewed and acted on analytics to improve user experiences.
• In order to be considered for this position, you must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Production Terraform experience.
• Managed or mentored content creators.
• Managed teamwork using Jira, Asana, or other task management tools.
• Written or edited content for a particular voice and style.
• Experience creating audio and video content.
