Location: This hybrid role is based in our Austin, Chicago, DC, or NYC office. In-office attendance is required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Compensation: $215,000 - $250,000 + equity + benefits.

• Design and deliver complex data products for analysts and product teams.
• Architect scalable patterns for data modeling and transformation.
• Lead technical planning and delivery across teams.
• Drive platform adoption and best practices.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align on requirements.
• Represent Analytics Engineering in technical design forums.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data or analytics engineering.
• Deep expertise in SQL and Python.
• Fluency with AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and Dagster.
• Experience with DevOps practices and data governance.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
