What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize ELT processes and data pipelines (dlt, dbt, Snowflake).
• Maintain and improve data pipelines.
• Validate and monitor practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate data sources and enable real-time processing.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and build dashboards/reports (Sigma).
• Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Salt Lake City, UT area and work three days in-office.
• Requires existing US work authorization; H-1B visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience with data pipelines, ELT best practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Trino), and data visualization tools (Sigma, Omni, Metabase).
