• Ensure systems operate reliably in production with high performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering teams in agile environments.
• Hands-on engineering background with expertise in Java.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with cloud solutions, preferably AWS.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.
