What you will do

• Design, test, and iterate on web and native app experiences that drive user acquisition and activation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create emotionally resonant and data-informed digital touchpoints.
• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery.
• Use A/B testing and funnel analysis to drive growth and retention strategies.
• Contribute to and advocate for design systems and modern design standards across the team.
• Leverage user testing and behavior insights to continuously improve the product experience.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA
• Proven experience as a product designer for web and mobile platforms with a strong portfolio.
• Deep expertise in modern design tools, specifically Figma (auto-layout, variables).
• Strong understanding of conversion levers, including A/B testing and retention strategies.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while taking initiative.
• Demonstrated commitment to using AI tools in daily design workflows.
