• Design end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers from problem framing through execution.
• Lead discovery efforts: mapping journeys, defining flows, and validating ideas.
• Build systems considering long-term scalability and accessibility.
• Set the vision and strategy for your domain.
• Contribute to and extend hirify.global’s design system.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Strong craft across interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Experience working cross-functionally with PMs and engineers.
• Strong systems thinker connecting micro-interactions to broader journeys.
• Confident in ambiguity, bringing structure and clarity.
