Full Stack Engineer (Legal Tech)

TL;DR

Full Stack Engineer (AI): Developing GenAI features and agents for market products and internal processes with an accent on leveraging coding assistants and coding agent tools. Focus on designing innovative GenAI-based products and features, translating product ideas into technical designs, and improving organizational processes.

Location: This position is based in Denver, Colorado and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.

Salary: $110,000 to $150,000 (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents only)

What you will do

• Act as the governing lead for one or more teams of virtual developers using Cognition AI’s Devin (or similar toolsets).
• Collaborate with hirify.global development teams to design innovative GenAI-based products and features.
• Research, evaluate, and document new technologies, dev agents, and similar tools.
• Translate product and feature ideas into technical designs and development tasks.
• Define new opportunities for leveraging GenAI to improve hirify.global products and organizational processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with: .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web/REST APIs, React / Vue / Angular / Svelte, Typescript.
• 1+ year of experience with: SQL Azure (preferred) or SQL Server, PostgreSQL (preferred), Unit testing frameworks.
• AI development experience.
• Experience with tools like GitHub and Microsoft Visual Studio Code (preferred) or Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Education in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or related experience).

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Azure / AWS / GCP, GitHub Copilot / Windsurf / Cursor / Codex / Devin.
• Experience with Large Language Models (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Embeddings/vectorization/semantic similarity and RAG.
• Cursor or Devin Cognition experience.
